Thank you for considering our website design and hosting services, below is a brief explanation of the process we use to develop your website.  1: You the client place your deposit for the package of your choice from our website. 2: We send you an email containing a link to our logo design form, filling out the form begins the logo design process.  We will work on the logo design until you are 100% happy. 3: At the same time we send you the logo design form link we will also send you our NEW WEBSITE DESIGN CLIENT WORKBOOK.  This workbook includes a checklist of information and items that you will need to provide to get your website up and running.  The Workbook also includes information on writing text for your site that search engines will like, new website do's and don'ts,  choosing a domain name, and more.  The workbook is very thorough. 4:  As we are working on your logo you begin sending us the items and info we need for your website, following the instructions on how to do so through the workbook. 5: Once your logo is complete we move on to your stationery layouts, these should only take a day or two to complete. 6: Using your logo and your general input on how you would like your website to look and function we develop a main page concept of your website for you to review.  At this time we will also put up a COMING SOON page on your domain using your logo and email address if you wish. 7: Now it's time for you to review and revise the main page concept until you are happy.  Once you are satisfied we will use it as a basis to develop out all of your website pages.  Once completed we will upload them to a private space off of your domain for you to review.  Once approved and tested we will turn the site ON and you are up and running! 8: Once you have confirmed your final logo and stationery layouts we will email you your logo and stationery file sets along with a virtual CD containing a logo design file guide. 9: Your remaining website package balance will be due within the 7 days after the day your website goes live. 10: You can send us updates to your site at any time.  Text updates are included in your monthly hosting and most simple image updates are as well. 11.  Enjoy your new website, logo, and year of hosting.  Once your year is close to its end we will email and remind you that your hosting is due for another year, our current rate for a year of hosting and maintenance is $180.00  You can choose to continue to use our services, or you are welcome to have another designer/host move your website to a more suitable location. WEBSITE DESIGN PROCESS We take care of ALL the technical and design aspects, all you have to do is provide information.

HOSTING:  At the end of your first year, your yearly rate for hosting/ maintenance and updating will be only $180.00 ($15 per month including updates)  You are free to have your site moved to another host if you do not wish to continue using our host/update services. OTHER HOSTS:  We do not currently design websites that we do not host. NUMBER OF PAGES:  If you do not need the full amount of pages that are offered with the package you choose they may be added at a later date at no additional cost. ADDING PAGES/ OVERHAULING PAGES:  Page additions or page overhauls beyond the amount offered with your package will be billed at a rate of $39.00 per graphic hour.  (Most projects can be completed in 1-2 hours) DOMAIN NAME:  We request that our customers register their own domain name, this insures that you own your own domain.  You can register a domain at sites like: www.godaddy.com or www.register.com  You DO NOT need any of the add-ons they may try to sell you. PAYMENT METHOD:  Major credit card online or by phone, check or money order. ECOMMERCE / SHOPPING CARTS:  Due to the complexity of merchant accounts, secure encryption, etc... we DO NOT develop ecommerce websites at this time.  If however you only have a few items to sell, less than 20, or just need to take payments online we CAN assist you in setting up your website to take payments via a payment gateway such as PayPal or CCNow.  There may be additional fees involved, please let us know about your payment acceptance needs in advance. PAGES:  The only difference between our 3 packages are the amount of initial page designs you will receive.  Your navigation will include your page names.  Your main/home page counts as 1 page.  If you have a contact form on your site the THANK YOU page that appears after someone fills out the form DOES NOT count as a page.  Your custom error pages DO NOT count towards your page total.  Only pages listed in your website navigation buttons count towards your page total.

WEBSITE DESIGN & HOSTING NOTES: This is as small as our fine print gets

TERMS:  A deposit of half of the full package price, with the remaining balance due once your website is online and you have approved all pages. TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT:  If you choose to move to another host at the end of your first year of hosting with us, which is included in all of our packages, you and your new web host will be responsible for moving your website, setting your email addresses back up, and setting your domain to work with your new host's server. We WILL NOT develop any website that includes derogatory, discriminating, slanderous or questionable content. WEBSITE FILE OWNERSHIP:  Your website will be custom designed just for you!  And, just like your logo, you own it!  If you ever want to move your site it's yours to do so, you own all of the imagery and text contained within your website with the exception of any stock photography used in your design, and even that can still be used on your site wherever you decide to host. DELAY OF PROJECT or NON PAYMENT:  If at any time during the website design process you do not make contact with us for a period of more than 60 days your project will be terminated and we will retain your deposit as payment for services rendered to that point.  The final portion of your website package payment is due within 7 days after your website is online and running smoothly.  Your website will be taken offline on the 8th day if payment is not received and will remain so until we receive full payment for your project.
