Custom error pages Instead of your visitors seeing their standard browser error page that leads them away from your site, they will see a custom error page that includes your navigation. This keeps them within your website when they put in an incorrect link, or go to a page that is no longer on your website. We will setup 4 custom error pages, one each for 401, 402, 403 and 404 errors. These occur when someone clicks a link through to a page that no longer exists on your site, or enters the link incorrectly into their browser. See an example of our custom error page here. NUMBER OF PAGES: If you do not need the full amount of pages that are offered with the package you choose they may be added at a later date at no additional cost. ADDING PAGES/ OVERHAULING PAGES: Page additions or page overhauls beyond the amount offered with your package will be billed at a rate of $39.00 per graphic hour. (Most projects can be completed in 1-2 hours) PAYMENT METHOD: Major credit card online or by phone, check or money order. TERMS: A deposit of half of the full price, with the remaining balance due once your website is online and you have approved all pages. TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT: If you choose to move to another host at the end of your first year of hosting with us, which is included in all of our packages, you and your new web host will be responsible for moving your website, setting your email addresses back up, and setting your domain to work with your new host's server. PREVIOUS LOGO DESIGN CLIENTS, PLEASE READ: We are often asked by those that have already used our logo design services if they will receive a discount off of our website design packages because they don't need the logo included with them. The answer is "no", because we literally don't charge for the logo design in our website design and hosting packages. Each package price covers our time for developing the website, as well as hosting of the site for one year. The free logo is an added incentive to those who need one, but you're not paying for a logo if you order a package and do not need the free logo design that is included.
