DETAILS:
Our website design packages are the perfect marketing tool for your new or existing small business. We offer one of the best rates online for this complete package including website design, website hosting, logo design, and stationery design.

Our website design packages are a great fit for your small business, group, church, or event.

HOSTING: At the end of your first year, your yearly rate for hosting/ maintenance and updating will be only $180.00 ($15 per month including updates) You are free to have your site moved to another host if you do not wish to continue using our host/update services.

OTHER HOSTS: We can upload your website to your existing host as long as we are given FTP access. Some features may be limited as they are only available when we set up a website on our server.

NUMBER OF PAGES: If you do not need the full amount of pages that are offered with the package you choose they may be added at a later date at no additional cost.

ADDING PAGES/ OVERHAULING PAGES: Page additions or page overhauls beyond the amount offered with your package will be billed at a rate of $39 per page or overhaul. A page overhaul is required when more than 75% of the page's content is to be adjusted.

DOMAIN NAME: We request that our customers register their own domain name. This will insure that you own your own domain. You can register a domain at sites like: www.godaddy.com or www.register.com You DO NOT need any of the add-ons they may try to sell you.

PAYMENT METHOD: Major credit or debit card online, PayPal, check, or money order.

ECOMMERCE / SHOPPING CARTS: Due to the complexity of merchant accounts, secure encryption, etc... we DO NOT develop ecommerce websites at this time. If, however, you only have a few items to sell (less than 20) or just need to take payments online, we CAN assist you in setting up your website to take payments via a payment gateway such as PayPal or CCNow. There may be additional fees involved. Please let us know about your payment acceptance needs in advance.

PAGES: The only difference between our 3 packages are the amount of initial page designs you will receive. Your navigation will include your page names. Your main/home page counts as 1 page. If you have a contact form on your site, the THANK YOU page that appears after someone fills out the form DOES NOT count as a page. Your custom error pages DO NOT count towards your page total. Only pages listed in your website navigation buttons count towards your page total.

PACKAGE DEVELOPMENT TIME FRAME: We make every effort to complete each customer's project in a time efficient manner. For us to be able to provide the best service possible to current, new, and future clients we request that you make every effort to provide us with the information we need to complete each aspect of your project within 60 days of its initiation.
You will be emailed a workbook that will detail the information you will need to provide.

PAYMENT TERMS: We require a deposit of half of the total amount of the package you select. Your remaining balance would be due AFTER all portions of your project; logo, stationery layouts, and website, are complete.

TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT: If you choose to move to another host at the end of your first year of hosting with us, which is included in all of our packages, you and your new web host will be responsible for moving your website, setting your email addresses back up, and setting your domain to work with your new host's server.

WEBSITE CONTENT: We WILL NOT develop any website that includes derogatory, discriminating, slanderous or questionable content. We reserve the right to refuse to develop any website that we deem inappropriate.

WEBSITE FILE OWNERSHIP: Your website will be custom designed just for you! And, just like your logo, you own it! If you ever want to move your site, it's yours to do so. You own all of the imagery and text contained within your website with the exception of any stock photography used in your design— and even that can still be used on your site wherever you decide to host.

DISCOUNTS: We DO NOT discount our packages if you don't use a portion of them, logo design, stationery design, etc... each item has already been deeply discounted separately when included in these packages.

DELAY OF PROJECT or NON PAYMENT: If at any time during the website design process you do not make contact with us for a period of more than 60 days, your project will be terminated and we will retain your deposit as payment for services rendered to that point. The final portion of your website package payment is due within 7 days after your website is online and running smoothly. Your website will be taken offline on the 8th day if payment is not received and will remain so until we receive full payment for your project.
