Logo Design Terms of Service

CLIPART:
We do not use clipart  or re-use any previously developed  logo images that have been sold, and will not use clipart provided by clients in our logos.

COPYING LOGOS:
We cannot copy another logo you find online, we will be happy to design something similar in style, but even if you believe it to be in the public domain we cannot copy an image.

REFUNDS AND REVISIONS:
We offer unlimited logo design revisions, we will work until you are happy.
We do not offer a refund.

HIGHLY ILLUSTRATIVE LOGOS
Please note that highly illustrative and detailed logos may incur an additional fee beyond our normal logo design rate.
When we receive your initial logo design submission we will decide if your logo is considered highly illustrative.  If we make the determination that it is, we will contact you with the additional fee amount, which you may accept, or, you may request a refund for the full logo design amount.

COMMUNICATION:
If we work with you on your logo design providing mockups, revisions, etc... and you stop communicating with us for a period of more than 2 weeks your project will be closed and we will retain your logo design purchase fees to cover the time we put into your project.

TERMINATING A PROJECT:
If you decide to use another designer after you have received your initial mockups we will retain your logo design purchase fees to cover the time we put into your project, as well as the time that we scheduled for your revisions.

TRADEMARKING YOUR LOGO:
You are responsible for protecting your logo by trademarking it.  We cannot be held responsible should the patent office deem your logo too similar to another logo already registered.  Due to the sheer number of logos registered in the U.S.  there is no way for us to be 100% positive that it will not resemble another logo.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
We are also not responsible for any damages, time or money lost should you ask us to design a logo for a business name that is already in use by another party.  It is your responsibility to make sure the name you want to use is available in your area=.

These precautions are standard with most online logo designers.
