*72 hour initial mockup delivery details:
Our 72 hour mockup delivery policy DOES NOT include weekends, so:
• If you place your logo design order on Thursday your mockups will be ready on the following Monday.
• If you place your logo design order on Friday your mockups will be ready on the following Tuesday.

Please keep in mind that your logo is one of the most important aspects of your business and while we make every effort to adhere to our 72 turn around policy on mockups, in some instances your mockups may take longer, we will notify you if this is the case.

Your 72 hours begins when we receive what we believe is enough information to begin the process. If you do not provide enough information to begin with and we request more, then your 72 hours begins from the time we receive your additional information.
