Q: What are your fees?
A: Our logo design fees are only $159.00 This includes unlimited revisions, CD delivery of your logo files, & delivery in several file formats including: GIF & JPG for web use, TIF for home printing from documents & EPS & AI for commercial printing. All of our other services have varying fees which will depend on your needs. Contact us & let us know what you need for a firm quote.

Q: How fast can you have a project complete?
A: Logos usually take at least 4 days, websites take 7-20 & most other projects can be completed in a few days. We can rush for an additional fee. These time frames are how fast we can complete projects, how quickly or slowly you respond to communications can speed up or slow down the process.

Q: How are your logos so affordable?
A: Its very simple. We are a very small company with very low overhead. The designers you see online that are charging $1000 for logo design may not be any better than we are, they just have more people to pay.

Q: Do you use clipart?
A: Absolutely not. Each logo we develop is original, the art is hand drawn and the fonts are carefully selected to match the style you wish to obtain.

Q: Can you supply me with photos to use on my website?
A: Yes, we use www.istockphoto.com and bigstockphoto.com to provide our website clients with over 1 million photos for use on their websites.

Q: What formats do you deliver my logo in?
A: Logo files are delivered in: JPG and GIF for the web, TIF & BMP for home document printing & EPS and AI for your printers use as well as PDF (adobe acrobat) and PSD (Adobe Photoshop). We also include black only versions of your logo for basic printing, print and yellow page ads as well as for use when trademarking your new logo.

A: No, but we can refer you to several great online printing companies.

Q: Do you host websites?
A: Yes. We offer an affordable hosting plan for the types of sites we design.
Our hosting is available ONLY to our web design clients.

Q: Do you register domain names?
A: No. We recommend www.godaddy.com It is important that you register your own domain name so that it is in your name and under your control. If your web designer offers to register a domain name for you there is a good chance it will be registered in their name and not yours. There are some designers online who will reserve your name for you, and then extort a fee from you for it when you try to move your website to another host.

Q: Can you set up my domain name to work with your host?
A: Yes. Setting up your domain name to work with our hosting will be included in your design package price.

Q: Do you update pages?
A: Yes. Our hosting package includes monthly maintenance. Text additions, corrections or deletions, bug fixing, & weekly checks of your site are included. We DO NOT update pages that we do not host. (Graphic updates to pages are extra)

Q: Do you provide contract labor, or will you work for other design firms or Ad. agencies?
A: Yes. We currently have some clients that buy a certain amount of graphics time per week at a flat hourly rate. Call us to discuss, we would be happy to have you as a long-term client.
